Is XML Screwed again?

A char i made 2 weeks ago doesnt show on it, and seems a lot of peoples rps and such aint updating.
Is it screwed again?

got vamp on pryd in excal guild, doesnt show on duskwave or any other xml page, except on goa's

then it's that websites not updating.. and not GOA's fault. Seeing their XML webpages, it's updated. However, your character needs to be in a guild to let it be visible and shown in the .xml files.

all other chars are updating, except my vamp(on pryd) thats in a GUILD(on excal)

Players who are guilded on another server in a cluster don't get displayed, it's been like this ever since they fixed it with this patch.

It's yet another GOA XML bug!
