Is US version of SI compatible with EURO version of the original DAoC?

Is it possible to buy the US version of SI when my original copy is a European version?
Will the game still run as per normal?

Any help greatly appreciated!

don't quote me on this but i dont think they will work together like that.. i think you need euro versions for euro, american versions for american

p.s. like i say i could be wrong so please dont flame me, else i'll cry

The 2 are probably compatible ... or more to the point there would be no reason why if you had the american SI version that you couldnt log onto a SI enabled Euro account. ( as even if there were problems the patcher would fix it ). The real problem is about CD-keys. You need a euro SI CD-key to enable your euro SI account.

I have the same problem but I have the euro version of SI and I need a US cd key, I think we could swap our CD keys and the problem is solved for both of us.

What do you think?
