The guy that took this insists its not been altered in any way. Do you think its photoshopped? If so..is there any evidence? Here is the exif settings snapped with the photo:

it doesnt look real to me. it looks like something from a game with high def textures and anti aliasing and stuff.

indeed, it looks very rendered tbh.

it's possible that he took it like that, off a tripod given his 30s exposure time. thing is, that train would have had to just sit there, or the lights would have become a line and not a point.
I'm also inclined to think he's used filters in front of the lens. starburst and a red gradient filter. possibly some other tricks.

Thing is on a 30s exposure with a light that bright in the frame, just looks odd to me. Especially given the lack of bleed/burn and the low light level detail picked out in the fields behind.

I'm no photo buff mind :(

I think most of all its the lighting on the grass on the right hand side, the rails, and the texture texture on the wood at the bottom right.

I don't think it's a train.

it's a light post next to the rails that signals trains....

would also explain the lack of tracking lights (or whatever you call it with 30s exposure time)

look at the nettles - it's a real image, and im sure theeffects there can be achieved with funky lenses and filters - the time means nothing, the camera's clock was probably wrong.

Seems real, I have seen far freakier effects. He probably used filters as teeds said, but its cool none the less.

Doesn't look like 9am to me.

Snaps on my pictures generally say the year is 1800 or some such. I might be old, but I'm not that old! Just forgetful about setting the time/date.

Oh and the picture looks like a game screeny, most bizarre.

or people at work in a tunnel. the lighting on the grass could be done by arc lights lighting up the tracks. too much guessing!
