I dont know a lot about brightwizards and cant be asked to look but i thought rain of fire was a gtaoe!.

Bearing in mind that order was still on the 2nd door, would i be right in saying this should not have happened.

Get used to it. Sorcs do the same thing with pits. Turn your gfx effects up is the only advice I can give.

you can gtaoe anywhere u can pan camera to see, not where the toon can actually see

Seen sorcs doing this from the outer keep walls onto the main ramparts, im sure BW's do the same at times.

It actually gets worse, sorcs can aoe you in the lord room from under the floor and i believe through the ceiling as well if they are on the roof, they have no los, but they can pan to see the floor, so they can aoe it...
