Hi Bond

No sorry I simply do not believe it.

A whole 4 people playing EF on a Barrysworld server, not including bookables and the DAD server, at the same time.

I really think you must have been dreaming Bond  :) :) :) :)

Bet you got MVP too :)

Now presuming that subscribing to a thread means you get notified of new posts here goes with plan A:
MCP have a match tomorrow- weds so how about Thursday 3rd Oct. bw vote server at 7pm bst?
All those interested post replies here- lets see if we can break the ducks on these servers (if anyone does not understand ducks is a cricketing term. lol.)

OK I'm not repeat not going to explain cricket- too bloody complicated- see tea towel available at all good tourist shops with the rules of cricket explained to a foreigner! lol !
A duck is where a batsman scores no runs during his innings "out for a duck". Than again it could have been a maiden- where a bowler has no runs scored off the balls in single over (6 balls)
Oops got a bit carried away there nearly explained whole of cricket, that's what comes of being the daughter of a long standing (35 years) cricketing widow!!!!

But never mind the cricket will you be there?...............

Thanks-I'll pass that on to the boys.
Still basically same chaps- just been playing for an extra year now! Plus we had the clan party in August and played all weekend -various games- oh and had a few beers as well.
Hopefully first of annual MCP LAN partys. Watch out on the clan website- probably Surrey way next year.

Apparently the locations are from a novel that BW got thier name from or something. There is something more in depth about it on the main BW site but I can't remember where

LAN parties sound good, maybe someone could form a group to arrange some UKEFLAN <------sounds like some type of jamie oliver recipie lol
I would love to arrange something like that but as I have no idea about LAN parties it would be silly to start something up myself, but if anyone was interested in doing it then I would be more than willing to help.

Saying that me starts to think how good it would be to kick some ass all having the same ping

Hi Widdy

Why not pop along to one of the i series events arranged by Multiplay, Multiplay .

I have heard that they are a lot of fun so I am off to the i14 in November :).

It is a little expensive, well I think so, and you need to take your own equipment but how often do you get chance to sit in front of your computer playing games for 3 whole days

CU Later

ps. I hope that your personal life is now sorting itself out and we get chance to see you on line more often.

Unfortunately full time employment and various part time consultancy jobs mean I don't have the time to organise much though would love to- when I win the lottery though I want to build a computer centre that will double up for lans at the w/e etc. The place we held our LAN closes in December on 31st- If anyone wants to hold one between now and then the cost is now £100.00 for a weekend from Friday eve dinner to Sunday lunch. Maximum people would be 30 at a push- bearing in mind accomodation is mix of single, triple and double rooms. and at least one attendee should be a network whizz. Our event in the summer was very much a DIY affair which went exceptionally well. considering the mix of pc's etc we had going we only had one machine that kicked up a rumpus and that had been poorly before it got there!
So what I propose is: (Plan B?)
If I get at least twenty interested people stating two preferential dates before a fortnight has passed then I'll find out whether the hall is available that weekend and take it from there?
Check out the pics from the lan party on www.clan-mcp.co.uk what you can see is around 2/3 of the room so you could have two groups of tables set up of fifteen?
As for the rest of you I was in BW4 at 7pm bst for 1/2 an hour- blow-out merchants the lot of you! lol.
