Is the Subscribe system down been waiting 2 hours for invoice now?

Well the thing screwed up when i tried to renew account now i cant get on to reenter account information just keeps saying invoice is being generated.

How long does it take for a file to be emailed out that says

"subscription failed"

?

Ok my invoice is being very slow as well therefore I cannot play at all even though I have paid.

its ok in the end it took a total of about 6 hours for me to attempt a second resubscribe it then said i dint have enough funds in card (which i asumed)


Come on goa speed up that server the time its taking is unforgivable.

Mine has been accepted I didnt mess up the subscribe. Its just taking forever to send the invoice out.

This is the first time ever I have had any problems with the subscription system, so I can be a bit forgiving as its the first time. However I do expect to be able to play the day that I pay.

Plus its the weekend so any solution won't be found till Monday.
