Is shades of mist encounter spawn bugged

I havent seen this thing in 3 days now.

Shouldnt it be an 8 hour spawn?

have you looked at the spawn every minute in those 3 days?

no ofc not but a few other people have said they dont think its spawned for a couple of days so alarm bells triggered.

just write to rightnow, i did that for moon belt spawn, and 5min after i wrote it spawned

not due to goa tho, but i guess my brainwaves must have sent the server a signal or something

yer the mobs are there to do it but was the statue in the middle? the mobs spawn after 30 mins the statue should take 8 hours.
