Is "right now" some kind of sick joke?

I posted a question to the "right now" site on 11th July 2002.
and got a reply... this morning.

has anyone actually had any good responses from them?

oh the reply asked me for information I clearly put into the original post too...

I used RightNow last night at 20h03 and I got an answer this morning at 10h47 saying it had been taken care of.

This is only the second time I have used RN, the first time was a long time ago and the response took a couple of days, but since it was a report of cheating I assume they took time to investigate.

every time I've used RN I've recieved a response 12 hrs later.. so I wont complain
