is it safe to post netstat -a results?

I need peoples opions on my outgoing connections to be sure everything is in order and nothing is going out that shouldnt?

so what im asking if it safe to post the results in here because of all the info they contain

well anyway i did a port scan and it came up that im at risk with port 5000 which is a Universial serial plug and play port and i dont know if its running or not its there in the list but says nothing like connected just ** by it

any ideas? i need my machine running without any possibilties!

Re Universal Plug & Play, I think you can disable it by going into services and setting the SSDP Discovery Service & the Universal Plug and Play Device Host Service to disabled.

just did that from services seems to have stop it posting the port
