Had some fun saturday noon, ofc after a while gets a bit boring to hunt down ppl flaming towers. Better than nothing i guess tho.
From a solo pov is shittier than ever anyway.

Well it's pretty dead, had some fun running in pug on friday and saturday night, but all it really is is chasing CM (and cm wannabes) from tower to tower. Fine in small bursts, and if your with a bunch of stand up peeps (as I was), but I couldnt face it day in day out. Unfortunately because there are so few people around, the only thing anyone can do to get scraps is chase the firestarters (or set a few yourself!).

So overall, how much fun you can have depends on your expectations, I went in and played with low expectations, for a bit of low key rest & relaxation, and actually it was ok. Just dont go in expecting large siege fights against new opposition, or cracking 8v8 against like minded experienced groups, or huge massed battles in the emain bowl.

To me the cluster really is dead. Standing around not getting any 'decent' groups for hours is a pain. Solo'ing is impossible with even 2 FG on stick changing their direction to hunt down a solo char, its pathetic.

Might be what Crom said. Id expect it to be like in the old days, solid crews and good fights. That's gone. We had a decent pug last night and tried to get SC to have a 8vs8. Two hours they ignored the request and complained about meeting a zerg. Until in the end they add on a fight we where having.

Zerg vs zerg gets boring rather fast. Guess Im not as autistic as some out there.

Gah, nice action not measured in rps. Its an indicator for action, not necessarily for nice action.

Which is exactly what is left on Dyvet (sad but true. :()
When Mael/Groove made a group last month or so the ONLY thing we did was roam between burning towers, kill what was there, move on and wait for the next tower to be under siege.
Some people might find this type of rvr fun and more power to these people, atleast someone is having fun, the majority of the players that have left tho are the people who does not like this type of rvr and are thus not very likely to be returning anytime soon. =/

Eh what request ? Sorry no one asked us for a 8 vs 8, that I am aware of. I am sure the rest of the group would back me up on this. Was there a direct request for a fight then ?

Perly is always on IRC in the RVR channel. Just message him. I know we nearly always turn up in Argamon if requested (occassionally we are AFK, but thats only around 9pm GMT).

agreed, nothing was said to us.

Surely you found the notice?

It was on display in the bottom of a locked filing cabinet stuck in a disused lavatory with a sign on the door saying 'Beware of the Leopard'.

Talked to Netcode (who whas in group no?), but i guess he didnt fastforward the message's through.

He mumbled something about, not beeing the healer ^^.

Asked Perly where/if you where around aswell on irc. Got the nifty reply; "here", so didnt bother with him any futher. Then got some pm from netcode crying over beeing zerged by 3fg of hibs, when you where resting with 2fg in the middle of the bowl.

(22:22:04) * Tuthmes slaps Caeli around a bit with a large AnacønÐa
(22:22:05) (Tuthmes) wru?
(22:22:13) (Caeli) right here

We were taking a small break for drinks etc. You clearly stated on your slapping and with a clear "wru" that you wanted to leave your zerg and fight us. My mistake for not understanding that.

I had no idea you were even running, hard to pick you out from 31 other hibs.

Well like i said, got pm'd by Netcode instantly when i slapped you, cause he whas QQ'ing about beeing zerged by us and 2fg more. So either your blind or didnt pay attention when you see hibs and/or Netcode isn't allowed to talk in the group :O

Chockingly enough we don't spend our time on vent discussing the hibzerg, we just file it under Zzz for zerg.

Hope its not picking up, the sooner GOA gives chartransfer or a bigger cluster the better, dont need that postponed more because the server is coughing a lil once a month.

The radio, and tv series rocked. The film sucked a bit, not majorly, just a bit. Marvin was all wrong for starters, and trillion should of been blonde.
