My guild was pretty much just for RVR its just we took lower levels aswell.
The reason why that was said was because powerful event items SHOULD be in the hands of people who arnt gonna sit with them in their vaults while they craft their lifes away or for the weapons and items to be worn away to dust with endless PVE where the abilitys of the items wont really be put to much use.
The wording of how it was said is something i wouldnt say incase i "hurt anyones feelings" as it was said in Guild chat which is normally 100% private and its only because Zorena's a clueless noob who dont blank out private chat before he posts pic's that its been seen.
So if you want me to use the same laungage, No, uber uber uber items should not go to pve shitcun'ts but i dont actually have anything against anyone being a pve shitcun't.

Fair enough and i do agreed that the weapons are best off in active RvR people since they dont come to there right in PvE.
