Is it a myth or fact?

I have heard that you can stand in tg and pull giants with a summon-sm and 2 healer backups. Is this only bullshit or have anybody actually tried it with success?

pfft 10-20p for most uuber items (xept sav vest) thats like oh 8-16hours df farming with sav+bb

But the MP bastard sword is only 16.2. That is fixed with the new WC recipies that come with 1.64 I think, you get a 16.5 4.0 craftable sword at least if I am not totally out of bounds.
TG does though have some sweet cb weapons, kvasirs sword of blight and blackhearted sword for instance. The dragon-shadow sword is nice too. 16.5 4.2, though it has parry but that just makes it fit my sword/LA zerker, already sweet lvl 21 LoL, all the more

blackhearted only 3.4 spd :/
kvasir's 3.5 spd which is half-decent
Too bad kvasir's drop so seldom, seen dozens of ppl WTS blackhearted but never kvasir's

When 1.64 comes they both will be inferior to the new craftable swords though (except for looks)

I know blackhearted sword is pretty low speed and it is also doable to make it better sc-wise with stats and so forth. But it has a lifetap proc that is very hard to get a hold of. And it looks cool :great:

To prevent TG camping just make it as their going to do with the keeps. If you log inside TG and log back on you will be teleported to the enterence.

This will infact stop the 24/7 camping on mobs like: Isso and Concils...

TG focusgroups are on deathrow. Patch 1.65 will kill us all.

Reports tells that focusing TG will still be possible on crossrealm servers, but since midgard is missing the vital classes for it I very much doubt we will see more focusgroups in TG here.

This is a great thing for normal raids. Then small raids can target councils again, and large raids are guarrantied more drops.

Mind you though. More "none focusfarmers" that you would think will miss the opportunity to buy their TG-loot. Now they all have to join raids and spend hours bashing at mobs and in the end have to trust theire luck in the lotto.

Exactly why the dungeon was created and how this game should be... A drop has to be something you cherish and not just "farm". And focus pulling effects all realms not just Midgard for your info...

People can still do pbae groups which is imo a very good way of lvling. Because it requires mostly classes from all professions. Need some tanks to taunt, some healers to heal, some power/end regen class and ofc the PBAErs

Well, this is a thread about TG and in the midgard forum
but I hear ya, it's also a problem in Galladoria but not in Caer Sidi because of its brilliant design (imo anyway)

This is not directed at those but who believe the game should be played in a certain way (though I think sav rvr groups more worrying for the game) but at those who can barely conceal their envy.

How good it will make some people feel when 1.65 comes to know that their fellow Mids have less TG items now.....

How sad to be so jealous.

What possible harm is done to Mid by farming TG when no TG raid on.

Couldn't agree more, and if people want to farm TG with Focus pulls when there arn't any pre-planned raids on (and lets be honest, who wouldn't) thats their business.

I think the thing that pisses most people off is the ones that ignore any public/planned raids and just go kill stuff anyway. Not exactly nice when you get to TG to find a good third of the named mobs have been killed already. especially when you only brought 4-5fg and were counting on the lower mobs to give you the bulk of your drops.
