Is it a bug or made this way

Hi all

I get drops and when i goto dye them some say they cant be dyed.
I log out and when i next redye my items the part that couldnt be dyed now gets dyed.


I also see alot of people wearing cloaks that can be dyed so im guessing certain types of armor cant be dyed , is this just random






P.s im not complaining or moaning im just asking a question

im curious as to the answer for this too, so far i have not had a single belt or cloak that can be dyed and i know lots of guildies have dyed theres. Seems to be a bit random

however i do know that there are coloured cloaks in game, that have no stats, they are there just for showing off

I havn't been able to dye a singel item yet...but...
when I choose a color as a scheme it works.

So far I've been able to dye every item from character except for the cloak

i know that you can dye cloaks from renown merchants, as far as dropped cloaks i havent been able to dye them. but they can show guild emblems.....i think.

I have a dropped cloak I can dye, but I didnt get that til 20...All the previous ones couldnt be dyed.

Is there a current bug list that someone has put together per chance? Theres a graphical glitch where if ive been debuffed and had it removed the graphic of the debuff stays on.. very annoying having a huge bird flying above your head.
