would answer no to this tbh, 99% of all 13 year olds in this world can't even take care of themselves so why let them do something as big as this. very few people around that age would be capable of such a thing. even though it would be hard to put yourself in such a situation at such a young age with not alot of life experience. i'd say a person has to atleast be able to stand on his/her own legs (and be 100% sure that their capable of doing so.) instead of jumping into something drastic. never know what might happen.
