Purge for hangovers or when you are getting too wasted too early in the night - even purge 1 with a lil delay and 10min timer would be enough

Ichor for going to watch the match - drop that as the other team steam towards my teams goal - inflict some damage on them and root them - should be enough to pull off 4 times per half - Liverpool win every game at least 8-0 that way every week and Chelsea can kiss my Ichor filled nuts

Lifter for when the missus wants to go xmas shopping and my arms end up looking like an orangutangs by the end of the day while dragging the shopping the around!
