CGI:IRC might not work on quakenet (due they use server IPs so quakenet mightve banned them)

JIRC uses your IP (J = Java) and requires Java to be enabled, doubt netcafe shit has tho.

Best would be to have a screen up somewhere and SSH to it Should work everywhere.
