I live in the Isle of Man (St.Marks area) and I wanna host some LAN parties. I have a huge living room that can be set up for it. BUT I dont kno any LAN players on the IOM. Ne1 out there interested?

last year

well we (myself shill eranu and coco) organised a LAN party last summer at the Cherry Orchard, about 18 people turned up in the end (with a few more cancelling / just not turning up) so the interest is definately there.

I would be b*ll*x at arranging a LAN Party so do u reckon u could arrange it sometime. But Im not sure when I could play. How about in AROUND 3 weeks time. Ill give the exact days when Im free by E-mail. So PLZ could u arrange. The cherry orchard would be quite good. But newhere is fine.

3 weeks is a bit too little time, we started at easter last year and it happened on august 5th

How much would it cost to pay for a room for the LAN event in the Cherry Orchard?
Plus I don't have a network HUB. And to be honest I don't have enuff money. Ne1 got 1 they can bring?

LOL, a hub being a fairly good thing to have when youre hoping to run a lan

Ok m8, please dont take offense about this post but you've gone from running your own lan at your home for a few friends to trying to get us to organise an event in a hotel and also supply everything needed.

There may well be another Manx Lan setup this year and I along with Rock will keep your mail addy and let u know if and when.

Damn good entertainment though
