I got that too.

After a nice e-mail from GOA saying:
"You were not able to complete successfully the payment for your
subscription period (SUBSCRIPTION login <deleted>)- therefore, your GAME
account has been suspended temporarily."

I haven't changed credit cards lately, though, and there's cash on my account.

Heh. My mail came with a link to cancel the transaction (I picked the wrong creditcard company and only noticed so after trying to enter my details several times).

But, I only read that mail 24 hours later when it got unlocked again anyway :-/
Bloody security issues ;-)

That email address bounces back.

Had a good run in the game. If the payment system starts to work again I'll resubscribe. If it doesn't I guess it's bye bye.

I refuse to play email ping pong for something that should work first time.

So I got another mail today.

"Dear <name>,

You decided not to renew your DAoC account (SUBSCRIPTION login <sub>).
This termination has been effective at the end of your current
subscription period.

If you wish to keep playing DAoC, please go to the « account » heading
of the official website to update your personal information, choose a
new billing plan and re-activate your account."


And NOW I can access the billing pages and renew the subscription.

But I can't log in, even a couple of hours after I renewed.
