invisibility?

just started looking to play q3a online (new DSL connection and all), so I thought i'd grab some demos and see how comparatively awful I was. While watching, a question occurred to me that I know i'm going to regret asking in a few weeks time, but heregoes: why is everyone invisible in the demos? i've tried searching for an answer but can't seem to find one, so i'm guessing there is some colossally obvious answer to this, but thanks for any help all the same

Have you got it patched up ok?

The latest patch is 1.32, and the demos probably require OSP, which is the most popular and used Q3 mod, as most matches are played using it.

Try installing those and hopefully you should be set then

Note: 1.32 will only play demos with the *.dm_66 *.dm_67 and *.dm_68 file extensions.

heh...got up to date patch, using seismovision to watch them but yet to get OSP. Will do this, much appreciated
