Internet cafe software

Hello chaps(esses)

I could do with some cheap (i.e. free) software to run 4 pcs on an "internet cafe" type basis. Remote locking from an admin pc, perhaps automatic with a timer etc is all thats required I think. Anybody got any ideas? Or care to knock one up for a couple of free dvds?
