I would choose a piano, I dont know many people that can play one around wher i live and has always sparked a wee lil interest in me( but due to current busyness factor) i dont have time to play. be a cool talent to pull out now and then again. that and i sing a bit so could go together nice

I'd take a free voucher for a huge church organ.

Then i'd sell it, buy a nice electric guitar, get the free lessons for the guitarr, and spend the leftover cash on... umm... stuff!
