Where can I find Insta's in midgård?
Who to talk to and how, lvl43 atm if thats matters...
I searched in Jordheim and in cobold-city.
"help-section" on Goa's homepage is down due to updating or something.
and yes, I have catacombs

Talk to one of the taskmasters and they will tell you where to go for your level, there's one in Mularn

The taskmaster you are looking for is placed outside svasud!

you can type /help and choose catacombs smth

you cant do instances in TOA so the help bit isnt there either afaik
