for the first instance you need to do the Abyss Battle Training quests.

you also need to talk to rentia after clicking the obelisk...takes like 30s ( 25-28 instance )

Second instance fire temple, you need to farm the monsters outside for a fire temple key and then click it in your inventory to get a quest you turn in to the npcs right outside.
( 30-38 ).

heh i've not touched a single instance beyond the abyss one, been grinding monsters since 26-31 guess i'll goto the instances later for shits and giggles.
