Installing SI

Shrouded Isles wants to install to another directory than my original DAoC. How have others successfully installed this?

Should I change the path so that it installs and overwrites some of the files in my current DAoC directory? It would seem to make sense but neither the manual or website offer any advice. Or should I install a complete new directory and then log on using my account logon and thus have two separate directories?

Any help appreciated as I don't want to mess things up.

In my opinion you should just let it install where it wants to- I did and I havent had any problems.

I'm sure there are other ppl out there that will tell you different, but I think if you mess about with the installation you are just asking for trouble.

Theres enough problems with SI as it is..............

just make sure that the shortcuts point to the camelot.exe in the SI dir instead of the camelot dir or you will be playing the old client
