Installation of DAoC

Ok, heres the problem. I install the game, everything goes well. Then I get up 2 a bit where it says "one moment please" in green writing. This stays on the screen for a while but then ends up not responding. I double click on the DAoC icon on my desktop but nothing happens.... does ne1 know whats going wrong and if so, what do I do?

nb. on the DAoC cd, the file which doesnt respond is called \data\sum.exe

lets be straight here.. is this an orignal CD of DAoC ?

if so whats ure sys. spec. ? OS as well as HW

try scandisk/defrag/clean CD/clean CD player/reinstall from DAoC CD,

if copied CD, get an orignal, if orginal and above doesnt work perhaps take back to shop and ask for replacement...

logical if more then one pc available is to try on another pc to see if install completes.

try checking the rightnow tech help, perhaps something there

if all else fails ensure ure cats not lying on the keybaord/the pc's not on fire/u didnt spill drink inside the keyboard/ure not using the cd player as a cup holder/any other st00pid user type scenarios... one thing i h8 is bl00dy USERS !!!
