Info on free levels?

Since the EU stats-site is *cough* a little behind Camelot Herald where can we read about bonuses and such things as free levels? Only ingame? (dunno if the days between free levels are shown ingame)

I don't think the time to free level is shown in game. The timer starts when you first log in after patch 1.71, and is reset when you get a bonus level. The timer is 168 hours (7 days, assuming the server is up 24 x 7).
