infiltrator template . sugestions.

got a lvl 50 infil RR4l3, got aug dex 2 on it. its a saracan. and have following items

: GOV,scalars,SOM,croc dagger,CB,ROD, anciant copper necklace,ebon hide bracer,heat LW weapon ( 28 dex version), desmona ring, twisted hair of malamis.


anyone up for trying making a template for me, i mean in SC calc, maybe sugestions, about changing some items . ( im thrust,, so dont sugest that i should change to malice/battler)..

Only better for n0bs and high RR heater ftw! I eat slash infs for breakfast with my NS..and he's RR4 with a s00ky temp I might add..ow and I s00k

Better until you reaslise that most of the time you will be fighting SBs/NSs that will be chucking a 118str/con debuff poison on you and if they're smart a 44 str poison debuff too. Where's ya Damage now?

Stay thrust, don't listen to anyone that suggests slash.

Use Heat LWs Offhand and Mainhand, and try to work out a template which keeps ur stats all the same no matter what mainhand thruster you use so that you can switch your weapons to suit your target...

ie;
cold lw on scale
thrust weap(GS) on chain
heat lw on leather
matter lw on studded/reinforced

You will also quickly learn what resists other realms skimp on in their templates. Matter being the main one. Use a Matter LW and you'll hit Rangers/Hunters like a truck.

Seeing as LWs would be used in a template im suggesting you will more than likely want to use Maddening Scalars, GoV and Gem of Lost Memories to get 10% Melee and 9% Style damage.

I won't go on anymore, but try and get 300hp in ur template too, the boost in hp really can help. My Saracen inf has 1975hp.

Oh 1 last thing, make sure your Quickness doesn't go over 250 too far, this is the hard cap for swing speed, being and saracen and on the basis you will be fully buffed all the time, you will only need around 60ish quickness in your template.

Aye, is nice against SBs especially. when debuffed i still hit for a good 200ish damage, but an sb will tickle me for 100ish

My Slash inf didn't have problems meleeing for 250 to 350 after Debuffs ^^

If Malice proced it was instant win, if Battler charge was up it was another instant win

A slash inf meleeing for 250 to 350 with 375-118-44 str? Were you hitting a guy still in his Thid SC or somit? Sorry, but I find that hard to believe as a slash inf hits for 250 on average normally when fully buffed. I'm talking styles like Garrote/Hammy etc.

Yer, that's what I'm refering to, I have two rl friends that are both Slash infs, I've seen the type of damage they do. And yes, they use malice/battler combos too.

Garrote + Achille's is just as good. Plus decreases their attackspeed by 30%.

This is why most slash inf wyrd spec their infs in my experience. Much better use of points so you can get more in DW.

Have your mainhand as a random weapon with only 12 dex. Most thrusters have 12 dex min on em. This will allow you to switch weaps.

And just keep on trying, took me a good 30 odd SC calc attempts before i got my current SC. Which I'm more than happy with.

If i was going to remake a inf i'd make it thrust tho...only because i can afford mroe than most people to make him truely a terror (25 Str and Dex cap ect)

Managed to get 101dex 90ish str in my template, and it allows me to use any MH Weap i want, has heater offhand and also 10/9/10 style melee speed.

If you have a temp with 101 str/dex that allows any MH, lemmie know been trying for years to get something like that, and boy have i tried.

The dagger Created by Croc tooth(L10) has very nice Cap increase stats and also Does Spirit damage (and debuffs spirit resistance)

my new temp is 99dex 101str 11%melee 8%style (using ml10 offhander so thats not overcapped %melee ;o )

my slash template (current one that i canna use anymore as i stole ring of zahur for pala sc heh) is 101str 13%melee 10%style ... but 2 ml10 swords in that .. could do same thrust but plaguebringer really blows for an inf due to mid leather and studded tables (and yeah ive tried it )

o and regards to slash dmg. Vs mid stealthers 250+ is very easy, even when debuffed. With a relic its a total joke, talking 350+ with anytimers .. thats before crit. Can do 900+ dmg with garrote+AH 2 style chain with a crit or two nps. That is with str4 tho ofc .. also have purge2, tried purge3 for the super debuff purges but didnt make a big enough impact to warrant 30rsp when I could plug it into mop4 str4 mos4 instead.
