Infiltrator Template Challenge

I'm looking for the bestest, most uber template someone can come up with. Spare no expense on items, i'm after the following (being slash);

101 Str
101 Con
300+ Hits
+11 to all skills (DW can be missed, but would be nice to have)
10% melee speed
A legendary weapon offhand, and no mainhand.
Reasonable resists (no 0% energy/cold kthx)
Use of SoM, GoV, Scalars, Ring of Dances.

Like i said, spare no expense. Items like Zahurs ring/bracer, Ring of the heavens etc i have.

Will award rep points and stuff for good templates!.

Either, whichever fits the template i've got every lw .

Spirit though if you have to pick one

Edit: +11 envenom isn't neccessary might i add
