Are there any artifacts with procs or charges on i should be aiming for on a Slash inf or is a solid template more important? How important is CB as it doesn't have very high SC utility and the feedbacks id imagine arn't used that often.

imo all u need is gov,malice,battler(for charge), som and rod(SL)

anything else is optional, i know many goes for scalars but i dont think its worth sacrificing a usefull sc slot for it
cb is useless so dont use it

scalars is easily worth it if you need the 3%melee dmg.

and the oober proc! not that youl get to see it often but its the most match winning proc in melee fights in existence

Agreed. I wish it was as easy to cap ToA bonuses on a melee class as it is on a caster
