Infils and Dex...

Can someone please explain to me how Dex affects Infils, and how much I should aim to achieve in a template?

My logic tells me Dex affects Evade, but I am uncertain as to what extent.

its affects evade with quickness (and dmg if thrust specced)

i cant remember the exact calc, but its something shite like 40 dex AND 40 Qui = 1% evade, or maybe it was 2%, but it wasnta lot, most of assasins evade comes straight from evade 7 = 35%. normal assasins accrue about another 12-14% from buffs+stats.
