Infil Template MHI

Now my question is while having NO crit in template and still reaching 50 with + from RR would the damage be much different or is +11 crit really needed in template nowadays?

My plan with this template is not to use so much of crit styles as I mostly use DW styles with crit evade chain.

Example: opening with PA chain and BS chain and only using garrote if enemy decides to run.

I put +4 in template so I can have +7 on a xbow so its easy to put poison on.

Any information, flaws etc... with the following template would be really helpful thanks.
