Don't know much about infiltrators, but I can say one thing. I use moon mace for my cleric and to be able to summon it only at night means I run without a weapon quite some part of the time, especially in Emain, where you sometimes end up dying on a regular basis.

Don't think an inf would like running weaponless much of the time, and would be annoying having to wait for summon asuming you die at nighttime. That is ofc if sun weapons work the same as moon weapons do and I assume it is so :)

Simple solution, as the sun weapons dont have a particularly high UV just make up a moc version then when you do die or cant summon a weapon you have a replacement that doesnt gimp up your template.

Bearing in-mind that you only lose 2% style/melee/speed as the other stats are doable by sc, so its no biggy if you do want to use these weapons.

If you have got a bit more time/money i'd look into getting a some better items, perhaps rings/cloak area. Can easily bump up the UV on those nps, which could probley improve the short-comings in certain aspects of the template + skill(s) and a few % on resist(s).

As a Gimpfiltrator your better off getting Heat and Cold legendary weapons for mainhand. As your primary targets will be SB`s/Nightshades and ofc Archers.

Its an ok template got the basics there but your should defo look into getting +Thrust maxed atleast. Weaponskill is a good thing, the more you have the better.

I made this template on 99% and with just "minor" artifacts and no uber stuff for 3 reasons:
1. Money, dont want to spend everything on a MP and high cost gear from CM to get a template that gets trashed when NF comes to EU.
2. Friends, I just started on Alb and dont know alot of people yet to help me get those hard obtained items.
3. Time, dont have that much time to play, 3 hours/day, and I'm tired of PVE atm and dont wanna spend the rest of the year getting stuff :)


Have they fixed the stats on the LWs now to +str instead of con? (think it was this patch right?)
Dont like the idea of loosing that much HP everytime i switch weapon or put venom on it. If its just fixed there wont be that much LWs on the CM yet anyway...

You might as well save up/farm for the extra MP leather (or at least splash out on MP Gloves/boots for 400g each)

Maybe leave out the 2 matter resist gems and boost the Skills a bit


(and what others have mentioned about the Sun weapon and replacing it with a heat weapon)I don't know if/when LW's get str instead of con, most people overcap there con by 28 to negate the effect
