Not bad, but if you look at it the other way round, you're missing:

11 Dual Wield
2% cold
7% heat (as the 2% included is racial)
3% thrust
4% slash
3% body
3% melee spd

you defo need the +11 DW, cap your heat resist, cold dosnt matter that much as you have -10% from leather, but fine as they are against eld nukes etc.

try get 10% meele speed, otherwise it looks rather good

not really u only get some advantage before the proc goes off (around 10 - 15%)
and after the proc u loose 15% damage compared to a heater

and not many ppl can bother to use it anyway

If your 50 dw then +dw on your template increases damage from your dual shadows style. Get more!!
