Infil spec for dmg or speed

With a saracen rr5 infil, how do u spec for
1) weapons with slower speed
2) weapons with faster speed
or is there no difference.

Qui. Low qui means higher damage bonus from styles and higher cap on styles, but it'll hurt your evade quite a lot. Other than that, DW for the haste effect when you swing both weapons... Which is 50 or almost nothing if you're going thrust.
