Or maybe he just changed an icon set, which is part of the UI, which is absolutely user customizable, and thus not against the CoC.

its been posted on vnboard by a GM so i doubt its against the CoC and he even explained how to do it.. since it only effect me and nobody else i dont see why there is any problem..

It all depends on you, not the torrent :<

If you haven't assigned a port for torrent, then it will suck ass, but I constantly DL for cap speeds usually. :/
