Ground target usage (incl. Distraction)
Press & hold F5 (ground target key) while moving the target arrow around with arrow keys (or where ever you mapped your movement keys). If that doesn't work, press M (for mouse mode) and try moving the target with your mouse. If that doesn't work, complain to GOA
