acctaully SP isn't a bad shout as afaik it affects your damage on legendary weps aswell

i may be wrong but if it does somthing like EC could be like haveing 15% melee dam instead of 10%

Any class wielding dual leggies id put spell pierce in it fair enough shade benefits the most but since the change of leggies YES spell pierce is a must in inf sb and ns temps
