Inc buff shears nerf

Think about it...A str/con shear will strip 500-700 hps off of any target
Add a supp sm and have the sm str/con debuff take of 800 hp more
Now u can 2 shot every1 yay

Excample,
Aoe stun, shear, sm debuff, ichor or disease. They purge, you mez and start rooting their assist train.

Mez, shear, disease, stun, sm debuff as they run in. Pbae group.


Meny options..look very good as mid but I think mythic made a big mistake putting these buff shearing spell ingame.

Just stupid in order to make high enhance/nurture/augm. chars more active they need to nerf the ones with a modest spec in it.

Read: We wanna make buffbots fun in RvR (and more active) and therefore we nerf the exisiting clerics/druids.

Its stupid; and its imbalancing too.
