Inactive GMs ?

is it just me, or can u never get in touch with a gm fast when you need one?

3 times within 2 days Ive been needing one..

1:
Beliathan drops HL loot. afaik atleast he drops legion loot + a few special drops, like the bracers.

2:
5 hrs at princess room and no princess spawn.. seems kinda strange to me too.

3:
Stor Gothi in Aegir bugs and wont teleport ppl even after 50 tries.

the US ppl always, or almost always, got a chance to get help within a very short time, especially on important matters, like #3.
we have to use right now and we can expect a response within 48 hrs or something, with luck that is.
Atleast some GMs being around in prime times, just SOMETIMES, ready to help?

I know they can cover all 3 realms at once without problems and there cant be THAT many calls for them. and if there should be, they could atleast prioritize some and tell ppl to use rightnow for less hasty issues, like #1 and also maybe #2.


I do know they are voulenteers and not recieving any monthly paycheck, but geez.. give /appeal with someone actually listening!

about 60 albs got stuck in Sidi a week ago, Kemor spawned after ~1 hour.

a good spawn imo ;>

Since the english servers have a small population compared to the American ones we don't have constant supervision by gms, nor can they be in game 24 hours a day, but they are always within easy contact.

Sub, in patch 1.53 beliathan loot list was nerfed to only the 2 bracers since he was doable with 1fg..maybe that answers your first question.

No, Kemor and Zargar are paid, full-time GOA employees. They aren't paid WELL, but they are paid.

What are you defining as "prime time", though? GOA work office hours, Monday to Friday. Obviously, that is not when most people are playing. Mythic provides 24 hour /appeal support by hiring students and part-time people to work weekends and all night. You probably don't realize just how much it would cost GOA to do the same thing in France... it costs a french company so much money in social charges and pension/insurance contributions to hire people to give that kind of coverage that the game would cost us 100E/month and they'd still go bankrupt in three months.

treniel: the reason she does alot of dmg is because she has 35quick. And she was dex/quick debuffed in some of those pics

try it in a duel sometime, get someone to dex/quick debuff you, then hit him with your slowest polearm

anyway i think kemor and the rest of the gms are spending their time on the french servers.. since they can talk about eating snails irl etc while talking french ppl about different snail-food

Where do you get that idea?

Excalibur has a much higher population than most of the US servers and Prydwen would be classed as an average population server if it were in the US.

Same here, and with the port being bugged for a couple of days already that sucked... By the time most people got to the frontier the third door was down....

I think a lot of people bound in si and got stuck with that one.
