The only items i desperately need now is a 1 handed golden alloy hammer and a 2 handed golden alloy hammer. If I get those items before the dragon raid then i wont be bothered what the dragon drops except for that GA bow that Lahtaaja really wants.

I can somewhat understand your desire to aquire a 1-h golden alloy hammer, but why on earth would you want a Soul Forge.
(Is there such thing as a 2-h GA hammer?)

If you do the math, the hammer of black ice have a higher effective DPS then the soul forge and the only reason a viking class would chose it over Black ice, would be the +6 hammer thingy. And since you healers cant spec in hammer anyways, why'o'why would you want a lower dps?
