In need of great help.

I know this post is in the technical forum too, but since it is not that read, and as the title says I need some major help I decided to post here too. Most of you know that I have amazing LD problems and it is ruining the game for me, and I do not want to leave the game for such a reason, so all I ask is your help to try to solve this out.

I been playing this game for quite some time now, but the amount of Link Deads in game is unbearable atm.

I changed 3 isps to try to solve the problems and no luck whatsover, tried both cable and ADSL which I still have atm.

The problem is always the same, green(cirle) ping, RED(square) lag and green(cirle) framerate.

I live in Malta, all the ISP's here have no clue about online gaming and I spent hours over hours talking to customer support, to get the usual "we are working on it". I cannot explain to my isp what the problem is, lame excuses as I said above or blaming the game is the usual reply.

Is there a way to get my line checked from the game server's end to see where it is going bad?

Can some techincal person help me out please? This been going on for too long and this is getting beyond frustration.

I work in a Wide Area Network team and have some idea of how to troubleshoot your problem.

get pingplotter (www.pingplotter.com), leave it running and loggin to the IP address on the servers (I can get that for you if you need it)

My bet is you are getting pretty constant packet loss some where on the route.

Find out from ping plotter who owns the router....

Report it to your ISP or the ISP that owns the router...

If you can tell them what router it is and prove to them that its perminently dropping packets they will investigate..

You have to worst con I have seen in the game Harley, I really hope u can get it sorted m8, if you need any help let me know...
