In need of a Shaman BB template

Would like to know if anyone has made a template for shaman, with as much pow as possible, buff, heal, cast speed, dex/pie and con/hits?

Would be uber if anyone was able to provide me with such a template, based on quest items and 99% no OC or low OC.

Thanks in advance for any replies or links to where I can find what I'm looking for.
