I'm a clan leader, and if you are too, or even just a regular clan player, you'll probably be frustrated be getting let down and ending up with a crappy 3v3 practice on occasions.
My idea is to form a strategic alliance with another clan, and practice together, so both of us get the chance to try out new tactics with decent size teams, no matter who turns up. If you are a European clan of a similar ability to us (good individual experience but not enough as a team), then contact me, knowles_mark@hotmail.com and we can discuss this further.
