Due to the number of clans disbanding (5 CS clans are now no more) or not showing up to their games, we feel it's unfair on the clans left who will face a lot of defaults due to these clans letting the league down. So the BWCSL is going to come to a halt in it's current form.
HOWEVER...
BWCSL - Tournament (Includes prizes, lots of them
)
The 34 clans left in the BWCSL will all be entered into the BWCSL tournament, the top 8 from the old Div1 will be seeded and divided into seperate groups. If you're in this list we love you and we'd like you to play in our tournament..

FORMAT OF THE TOURNAMENT:
30+ clans will be split into 8 groups of 4 clans. From here each clan will play each other once. The top 2 from each group will then head onto the gold knock out stages. (will take 3 weeks to play all matches)
In the knock out stage there will be 8 games where clans will play against a randomly chosen clan out of the 16 left in the tournament. (will take 1 week to play)
After each game winners will move onto the quarter-finals. Here the 8 clans left will play. (will take 1 week to play)
After each game winners will move onto the semi-finals. Here the 4 clans left will play. (will take 1 week to play)
The final. (will take 1 week to play)
There's more..
Now this is the important bit, the while the first 2 clans in each division go through to play the Gold tournament the next two go on to play the Silver tournament, so even if you're not in the top two there's no reason to give up (defaults give me headaches. The Silver and Gold will use the same format (as above) the only difference being the the size of the prizes and of course the Gold winners can call themselves the overall BWCS Tournament winners
PRIZES:
Gold 1st Place: For the ultimate winner there is a clan port, as in your own private clan CS server to do with what you will until the next season so at least 4 months. As well as this there is up to £600 worth of HMV vouchers and BW merchandise for the winning clan as well as of course an inscribed Cup.. (or if you're l33t enough to have your own clan server already you can have a wad load more vouchers/merchandise)
Gold Runner up: £400 worth of vouchers and BW stuff™
Semi finalists: £200 worth etc
Quarters: £50 per clan (yes i know, enough for a few t-shirts and yo-yo's but it's better than nothing
Silver 1st place: £300 of stuffs™
Silver runner up: £150
Semi finalists: £75
SCHEDULE:
We plan to get under way on Wednesday 18th October and as the format is significantly different to before we're only looking at a 7-8 week run which should make it a bit more interesting.
Sorry we had to spring this on everyone it's the last thing we wanted to have to do but with so many defaults some clans were looking at a two month run before actually getting a game again and frankly thats just not on. As always any questions/comments/rants mail me, Cheesebury@barrysworld.com.
