Image resizing

Got a picture I want to resize to 50x50

Bearing in mind Paint is the closest thig i have to editing software can anyone recomend me a good program to do this?

Well, there are many retail programs that do this, the top ones being Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro and CorelPaint, but I believe there's a website that does gif resizing, but I've never used it myself and I don't know the link. Sorry. It's out there. Somewhere. A Google search will probably sort you out.
