lol - thats not a good question really - it depends, what suits YOU most!
To me:
Albion is my favorite - it has nice lands - sunny, grassy ... and some swamps which I don't like.
Hibernia is.... okay - it has too much grass lands and seems too magical..
Midgard... well... its depressing, so much dark forests and rocks and big trolls ready to rape... er? ah yes well there are some snowy areas that are really nice, like if it was Christmas - thats why I like midgard too.
