Can anyone tell me where I can get some decent plate drops for a lvl 32 armsmen? (after boots and helm)

barrows or hollow men in snowdonia . maybe even a player crafted armor .. there is also a ONE TIME DROP in the catacombs of cardova . when u hit lvl 30 "which u already are" go and kill decurion in there ,, he is in the 1st hall you come to on the left hand side in the middle of the row of skellys . he drops breast plate of the legion .
