Just read a good review of this 22" monitor.

0.24mm Ape
2,048x1,536 @ 85Hz Max res
USB Hub

Although its 3" bigger than a 19" in reality its only 1.5" bigger viewable ;)

Hmm I like the sound of it. How much?

I do like my iIyamma 19 incher though and have gotten attached to it so it'd have to be a lot better than this.

Heh. I know what you mean. My desk is dwarfed by my new 19" Taxan Ergovision 975TCO95.
But then my desk is really piddley anyway. heh.

My keyboard doesn't quite fit on and dangles over the edge.

www.dabs.com do it for £652.

It weighs in at 29KG and tbh my new VM Pro 451 is big enough atm, although it gets replaced tomorrow coz present unit is acting up.

It's not made by Sony? :)

Having said that, I would take a Sony monitor over an Iiyama any day.

I seem to recall that almost all large monitors use hitatchi [sp?] tubes because they make the best. not sure tho a bit out of hardware scene atm
and Bods, you're free to spend all the money you like dudeh ;)

I've alway preferred Trinitron tubes over diamondtron ones. They always seemed that bit sharper.

hmm I'd have to look into that really. imo a 22" would have to be razor sharp through and through. the iiyama will be, I'm sure, but if another mark manages to nose it out for 1st place I'd get that one.
