IIs/2k server questions.

Im new to BWorld. Does anyone read this forum? I have a few questions about 2k server and IIs. Can someone here tell me how to secure it? How to turn off anon ftp access? How to setup virt domains in IIs....

Or can someone link me where to get started to find out how todo this stuff please?
