Yep foxes are very unlikely to attack humans, this all seems a little bizarre. Now all the urban foxes that keep the rat population under control will probably be abused by clueless idiots.

yes first thing I thought when I head about this was omg people are just going to go killing all foxes now...like when steve irwin died people actually went out hunting sting rays.

it is very unusual and I was very surprised but foxes are known for their audacity and it's not completely unbelievable but it certainly would not be something that would happen all the time.
